We offer a robust selection of beginner-friendly content to include a pose library, yoga for beginners class, as well as 30-class beginner intensive coursework.

For more experienced yogis, we offer challenging content to deepen your practice to include Advanced 30 minute classes, extended duration classes, as well as meditation focused workouts that will help improve your poses and your inner self.

We are working with a couple different local businesses to establish a program at their location for their clients and walk-ins to pair yoga, meditation, and their specialties……
